At Crochetina, each product is handmade to order with exceptional attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our pieces, we only accept returns or exchanges in specific situations outlined below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design sent).

Custom-made items that match the confirmed design specifications and are free from defects cannot be returned or refunded.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issue. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a return or exchange.

Return Process

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault or mistake on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return or exchange is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind or want a different color/size that was correctly made), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. After approval, we’ll begin production of your replacement item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because every product is handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances except when a product is faulty or incorrect.

Custom orders that are made according to your approved specifications are considered final sale and non-refundable.
